Intake fields are encrypted in the patient's browser before transmission and remain encrypted at rest. Frequently Asked Questions
Do you store our patient data?
Yes - encrypted in the EU. Intake fields are decrypted only inside the clinic's own session for the clinician treating that patient. Where AI assists with documentation, identifying data is stripped before model processing and every generation and approval is logged.
What happens if we cancel?
You get a full export of your encrypted data plus the keys to decrypt it. We retain a hashed audit trail for 7 years (NL) or 6 years (US) per regulation, then it's gone.
Do you train AI on our data?
No. We never use patient data to train models. AI features (translation, intake summarisation) run per-tenant with no cross-tenant data movement, and they're opt-in.
How long does setup take?
Most clinics run real patient intake within a day. The longest step is configuring your treatment list — we can pre-fill it from your existing website if you have one.
Can my patients use the app on iPhone / Android?
Yes. iOS and Android native apps are in TestFlight / Play Console review now. The patient web flow works on every modern phone, no install.
